Bill Schiller

President

Bill has worked in the furniture industry for most of his career. He started Workspace Solutions in 1999 to focus on excellent service and maintaining good client relationships.  He is involved in every aspect of the company and is always willing to go the extra mile. When he is not taking care of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and the growing tribe of grandchildren. Bill is a native of San Antonio. He graduated from Lee High School and received a Business Degree from Southwest Texas State University.  

 

Mike Schiller 

Sales Manager

Mike joined our group in October 2002. His roles include sales management, supplier relations, marketing, business development and operations management. Mike has specialized in government markets but maintains both commercial and government accounts. Prior to joining Workspace Solutions, he spent 19 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing and wholesale industries.

 

Susan Schiller 

Office Manager

Susan graduated from Southwest Texas State University. She has 20 years of experience in managing an office before joining our team in June 2007. She also oversees our customer service team, accounts payable and receivables. Susan enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren, working out, gardening and shopping in her free time.

 

 

 

John Kush 

Account Manager

John has lived in San Antonio, Texas his entire life. He attended Robert E. Lee High School and Southwest Texas State University. He has worked as an Account Manager at Workspace Solutions since March 2007. John has twenty-five years of experience in construction and engineering, which helped him to transition into space-planning and product development. Whether it is Commerical, Health Care, Hospitality, or Government projects, he has used his experience to educate clients on the best ergonomic and aesthetic options available for their budget. He has Daughters Kirby, Miranda, Kendall and a special lady Debi in his life. His hobbies include playing golf, spending time with family and friends and supporting his San Antonio Spurs!

  

 

David Sablatura

Account Manager

David graduated from Southwest Texas State University. He moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1974. For nine years, David worked with a company specializing in shelving and storage systems.  He joined Workspace Solutions in 2011.  

  

  

Becky Dorsey

Account Manager

Becky joined Workspace Solutions in September of 2014 and brings with her over 30 years of combined experience in Interior Design, Facilities and furniture dealership sales.  Her role as Account Manager is to provide creative, innovative and functional interior environment solutions for her customers based on their design vision and company culture.  Becky believes that by creating an inspiring and organized workspace improves employee morale and productivity.  As a native San Antonian, Becky attended Winston Churchill High School then went on to obtain a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Interior Design from the University of Texas at Austin.  In her spare time, she enjoys home improvement projects, crafts, Longhorn sports and the San Antonio Spurs!



 

Sherri Messineo

 Administrative Assistant

 Sheri is an Administrative Assistant for Workspace Solutions with responsibility for accounts receivable, order entry and most importantly customer service.  She has been in the furniture business for over 28 years.  Sheri has been married to her husband, Ed, for sixteen years.  She and he husband love to travel, fish and enjoy the company of family and friends.  When not at work she attends Krav Maga classes or takes their dog, Gabby, to the park.  

 

  

 

 

  

Deborah Dix

Project Designer

Deborah joined Workspace Solutions in 2002 and is responsible for office space design layouts, placing orders with vendors, tracking and ensuring orders are received and installed according to customer specifications. Deborah enjoys creating partnerships with clients to help them develop and evolve their office spaces. She really enjoys learning the new trends of the furniture world and incorporating them into San Antonio offices. In her free time, Deborah enjoys being outside, whether it is walking her dog, Ruby, enjoying the river or spending time at the zoo. 

  


 

 

Beth Ellison

Project Designer

 Beth joined Workspace Solutions after graduating from the University of the Incarnate Word with a BA in Interior Design.  She grew up in an Air Force family and has traveled extensively throughout the United States and to parts of Europe, but now happily calls San Antonio home.  Beth provides space planning, furniture layouts, specifications, and digital presentations to help create functional and beautiful spaces. Besides working, Beth enjoys visiting with family and friends, playing with her puppies, crocheting and watching anime (Japanese cartoons).  She strives to learn something new every day.      

  

 

 

 

Jenna Perrone

Project Designer

Jenna joined Workspace Solutions in March 2017.  She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design.  She has been in the design field for four years working in both residential and commercial design.  Jenna provides AutoCAD floor plans, space planning, furniture layouts, 3D renderings, presentations and color selections in our design department.  In her free time she enjoys music events, dog parks, and exploring the city with her friends.

Carey Deering

 Project Manager

 Carey has twenty-two years of experience in the commercial furniture industry.  His experience ranges from simple office furniture to auditorium and stadium seating, laboratory furniture, bleachers, basketball goals, scoreboards and modular floor to ceiling wall systems.  This accumulated knowledge allows him to bring great problem solving skills, good client relations and an attention to detail to the table for clients.  Carey was born and raised in Lubbock and has a Master's Degree in Studio Art from Illinois State University. He has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 24 years and they have a daughter, Madison.  Eight snakes, two dogs and one cat share their home.  He enjoys DIY projects around his home and listening to live music.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Leonard Perales & Manuel Ramirez 

Lead Technicians

Workspace Solutions is privileged to have two great lead technicians on staff.  Leonard Perales joined us in 2006 after several years with another service dealer.  Manuel Ramirez joined us in early 2015 with many years of experience in commercial furniture installations.  Both of these gentlemen are trained in commercial furniture installation and filing systems.  Their attention to detail and genuine concern for customer satisfaction is evident as we continually receive high praise for their work and the crew that they supervise.
